CrossFit Kids & Teens
Getting kids started young and associating fitness with fun is one of the best ways to keep your kids active and healthy. Thus, we have kids, pre-teens and teens programs that focus on making fitness FUN!
Adult Group Class
Don’t worry we’ve got stuff for you adults too! We run 7 classes Monday-Thursday, 5 classes on Friday, plus a team workout on Saturdays and open gym hours! With all of these different times, there is bound to be something that fits into your schedule. In addition, the kids, pre-teens and teens class times match up with our adult ones! This means you and your child can work out at the same time.
Masters class is all about functionality and maintaining independence as you age. This program will focus on strength, balance, and flexibility.
