CrossFit Camrose Kids Program

At CrossFit Camrose, our Kids fitness program’s main goal is to teach kids that fitness is FUN!! Our Kids program is a strength and conditioning program specially designed for ALL kids to increase their physical literacy. All workouts are constantly varied and involve functional movements. These movements are fundamental to all things that kids need when they play or perform in a sport.

Our goal in each class is to create a FUN, non- threatening and encouraging environment. Also, we help kids become well-rounded individuals both in and especially outside the gym in every sport or activity they pursue.

CrossFit Camrose Power Kids Program

Power Kids is for those whose abilities lie in between the Kids and Teens Programs. Here we continue the fun and also start getting into a little bit more technique. Kids will continue to develop all aspects of fitness while prepping for the Teens program!

CrossFit Camrose Teen Program

Crossfit Teens is a strength and conditioning program geared toward adolescence between the ages of 12 -16. In this program we not only focus on teaching the foundational movements of Crossfit (squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls etc.) we also incorporate mobility, agility, lateral movement and explosive exercises to teach each teen athlete move well and stay injury free.

It does not matter if your child is a competitive athlete or is completely new to the world of fitness, all of Crossfit Camroses workouts can be tailored to the level of your teen. It is a judgemental free zone where we not only focus on making them great athletes but we focus on making them greater people. Each class is started with a chalk talk and goes over topics that help inside and outside the gym. Topics include: teamwork, perseverance, integrity, and the importance of rest , recovery and nutrition.

Each class is lead by an experienced instructer who works hard at making the class an environment that everyone will succeed. They not only ensure that the athltes move safely , but they also make the class fun. Everyone gets high fives and smiles!
