Fundamentals – Where it all starts!
CrossFit Camrose is committed to making sure everyone is set up with the proper foundation. Hence, our fundamentals program is where you will learn the proper way to execute CrossFit’s foundational movements. For example, the Snatch, Deadlift, and Clean can sound intimidating. However, our Fundamentals course is here to help you perform these movements safely and efficiently. In addition, you can start your fundamentals whenever you are ready! We will find a coach that can fit you into their schedule.
What are my options?
Our beginner option is for those who haven’t done much exercise in the past and are looking to get moving! This package includes 9 sessions that are 30-minutes in length. Here, eight of those sessions are performed in a personal training environment. However, the last session is up to you and your coach. If you feel comfortable, you can join the group class with your coach by your side. The other option would be to continue working on your newly found skills one-on-one with your coach.
This option is for those who have some experience with exercise and weightlifting but are new to CrossFit. This package includes 5 1-hour sessions. Here, you get 4 one-on-one sessions. The 5th session is where you and your coach hop into a group class. If, after that, you and your coach decide you would be a good fit for group class then away you go!
CrossFit is universally scalable. We also focus on proper human movement and maximizing your potential. Therefore, you will see squats, presses, running, pulling, jumping, and a variety of other movements that help strengthen you, challenge you and improve your everyday life. Even better, all of this is done under the watchful eye of a highly educated and dedicated coach.

Not at All! Crossfit is for everyone. Come as you are, but be ready for the gains!
Our coaches are experts are making helping you to find a movement that will allow you to get a good workout in without hurting or aggravating an old injury. Rest assured, there is always something you can do that won’t result in pain.
