Masters Class

What’s Masters Class All About?

Our Masters class is an ever growing part of our CrossFit Community. Therefore, we are very pleased to offer a class specific to the needs of our older athletes. This strength and conditioning program takes into consideration how age can produce roadblocks to attaining an optimal fitness level. Hence, we work hard to provide safe workouts for each individual. At the same time, these workouts push our Masters to attain their BEST and healthiest self. This combination of safety and effectiveness will allow you to move better, feel better and maintain your independence for years to come!

What Do Classes Look Like?

The Masters class uses functional movements such as squats, deadlifts, and presses to enhance physical competence in many areas. These areas include cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Also, you get to work out with your friends! Furthermore, this all takes place in a non-judgemental and encouraging atmosphere where you are under the watchful eyes of a professional coach. Come join in the FUN!
