What are the Benefits of Personal Training?
Personal Training is for those who have more specific goals. Group class is great and will definitely get you more fit. However, it is a general program. This means that group classes will not be able to target your specific individual needs. Therefore, we are pleased to offer more personalized fitness programs. Whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, increase your strength, or gain important knowledge about exercise and proper nutrition, personal training equals faster results.
Your trainer will work alongside you to help set and achieve personal fitness goals. In addition, they will work through any physical limitations you may have. We understand that previous or current injuries, weakness, or lack of flexibility are common barriers. Hence, all of our trainers are well educated in these areas and will be able to modify movements to keep you safe and improving.
What do Sessions Include?
Our Personal Training sessions include fitness appraisal and measurements, a mobility assessment and strength balance testing. Thereafter, specific strength, conditioning, and mobility exercises will be programmed by your personal coach. The goal is to increase all areas of fitness and to improve and restore joint range of motion where it is limited. Furthermore, nutritional guidance is also available to ensure you are providing your body with optimal nutrients for BEST results.
Who is Personal Training For?
There are a few situations in which personal training may be recommended by our staff. First, if you have been sedentary for a long period of time. Second, if you are training for a specific sport or event. Third, if you have significant health limitations. Fourth, if you have pain with movement or have significant mobility restrictions. Finally, if you prefer the additional attention and accountability.
To best suit the needs of our members, we offer personal training in both one-on-one sessions and small group settings. One-on-one training is optimal to receive the personalized attention of one of our expert trainers. However, we also offer small group training to satisfy those with a tighter budget. Packages can be purchased in groups of 8-session or 12-session packs. You also have the option of scheduling 60-minute sessions or 30-minute sessions. Whichever works better for you and your schedule!
What are the Benefits of Small Group Training?
Simply put, more bang for your buck! Small group training is less than the price of an average personal training session. In addition, you still get a program designed specifically for your needs. That means you can train with your coach more frequently for the same investment. Furthermore, you can train with a friend or meet new ones. If you have a training partner already, great! If not, we will partner you with another individual who has a similar desire to achieve their fitness goals. Therefore, both of you will benefit from the support of training with a partner.
